KDS Commercial Properties, LLC, a Greenville-based commercial real estate firm, hired Chris Butler as an Associate Broker. KDS Commercial Properties offers full-service brokerage, development and investment services, and Butler will assist clients in selling and leasing commercial properties.
Butler is a Furman University graduate with a double major in Economics and Accounting. He was in the first recipient class of the Hollingsworth Scholarship, which is awarded to students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement and a strong commitment to their communities.
A native of Hilton Head Island, SC, Butler is also an avid cyclist and spent a summer racing with Team USA in Belgium. Before he graduated from Furman, Chris joined BMC Racing Team and raced alongside his mentor George Hincapie.
“Chris is a great addition to the KDS team,” said Mike Kiriakides, KDS Principal. “KDS’ leadership team is eager to bring Chris’ competitive accomplishments, drive and spirit from the racing world into the business world. His economics and accounting degrees will also be a tremendous asset because of the analysis necessary to evaluate the financial aspects inherent to commercial real estate.”
