Senior Advisor & Office Specialist
After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Brad began his professional career working with a number of small businesses to improve sales, marketing and infrastructure before transitioning into commercial real estate with the formation of KDS.
Brad joined the KDS team as the first associate in 2007. Under the mentorship of KDS’ founder, Mike Kiriakides, and Senior Advisor, Larry Webb, Brad honed his skills and developed a deep passion for commercial real estate- specifically for serving business owners. Over the last several years, Brad has put down roots at KDS and has had a wide range of experience working in different real estate sectors, focusing on office sales and leasing.
Brad’s favorite thing about commercial real estate is that he gets to learn business owners’ personal and professional goals and then work to illuminate present and future opportunities that they may have never considered otherwise. He’s committed to helping his clients see the big picture and walking with them through the real estate process and beyond to see their long term goals realized.
He excels at analyzing the specific needs of business owners and tailoring his efforts to best suit the client in acquisition or disposition of real estate ranging from office, flex industrial, land to retail applications. Extensive experience representing buyers and tenants has strengthened his effectiveness for seller and landlord clients on the listing side of transactions as well. Brad believes that real estate is a constant growth process and is actively pursuing the CCIM designation to further serve his clients and grow his business in the investment category. He looks forward to helping more local and regional clients evaluate the purchase or sale of income-producing properties in the future to help them find the best strategy to meet their investment goals.Having worked at KDS from the beginning, Brad is proud of the client-focused, collaborative culture that he has helped to create. He enjoys contributing to projects happening in the office, whether he’s directly involved or not, in an effort to share information in a way that benefits both his coworkers and all of the firm’s clients. Brad considers himself a consummate learner and seizes every opportunity to continually build his knowledge base in order to effectively aid clients in all of their endeavors. Brad is a huge sports enthusiast, and as a Tennessee native, he has a penchant for Volunteer Orange. Though Brad wasn’t born and raised in Greenville, he has fallen in love with the upstate since first visiting in the late 90s. He is proud to call South Carolina home- so much so that he’s helped transplant several other family members down from Tennessee. He has been married to his wife, Anna, for 14 years and they have 2 elementary-aged children. He and Anna are actively involved in the local arts community in Greenville. They also enjoy spending time outdoors as a family, whether it’s in the mountains or at the beach. In his spare time, Brad is an avid tennis player and coaches youth basketball. He is a member of Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church and enjoys serving alongside Anna in their Children’s Ministry. He is also passionate about investing in middle and high school students and does so by providing ministry support to Young Life of Greenville.
We hadn’t seriously considered purchasing and converting this property until the KDS team provided their thoughtful insight and advice. From initial design to completion, KDS was with us every step of the way helping us to navigate through the complicated process while helping us recognize the opportunities and potential pitfalls of this deal. We are lucky to call KDS true business partners, and more importantly, friends.
