Emily provides the brokerage team with all levels of administrative support. She manages office procedures, aids in document preparation, and oversees all day-to-day operations.

Emily attended Winthrop University where she graduated with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communication. Prior to coming to KDS, Emily worked with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group in Virginia Beach, VA. There, she served as Executive Assistant to the COO, and eventually, Senior Corporate Project Coordinator. In January 2022, Emily obtained her Real Estate License in Virginia where she worked with homebuyers and sellers until she relocated back to her hometown of Greenville, SC with her husband and two great danes.

When Emily isn't running the KDS office, she enjoys cooking new recipes, crafting specialty cocktails and traveling to somewhere new.
