Tabitha, a Michigan State University graduate, is a native of Midland, Michigan and has called Greenville home since 2013. She has a passion for serving clients with a personalized approach and is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to successfully help clients with brokerage, development and investments needs. A former member of the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Tabitha earned her CCIM designation in 2018. Prior to joining KDS, Tabitha worked in commercial real estate with a national firm, started her own professional organizing business and directed mass participation events around the country.

When Tabitha isn’t helping clients with their real estate needs, she is making memories with her husband, Bryan, and two adorable boys, Coy and Leo. They enjoy hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains, spending days at the lake with friends, trying new restaurants in Greenville’s growing culinary scene and traveling to National and State Parks. She loves that the upstate has a thriving and growing business community while also being a wonderful place to raise a family. Tabitha also enjoys running, reading and cooking as personal pastimes.
