A native of the Central Florida area, Bobby eventually migrated to the Palmetto State to attend the University of South Carolina. He played baseball for the Gamecocks and played on the 1985 World Series team. Bobby then began his professional career on Wall Street with the Middle Market Banking Group of Chemical Bank, which focused on working capital, assets and equipment financing for companies with annual sales of $250-750 million.
Bobby’s ambitious career path eventually led him to KDS, where he now specializes in investment, retail and single-family land development transactions in the Upstate, leveraging his expertise in land development and project cost analysis.
Bobby, proud father of three, resides in downtown Greenville and spends his free time hiking, camping, jogging and playing volleyball. He is an active volunteer at the Triune Mercy Center and longtime member of Seacoast Church.
