Since the early 1990s, Harry has been in commercial real estate and has experience in office, land and investment properties with a strong focus on retail properties. Helping landlords attain the best value for their asset is Harry’s passion and finding the best location for their business under ideal terms is one of the reasons he loves working in commercial real estate.
Harry moved to Greenville after graduating from Presbyterian College and began his real estate career with the Caine Company under the mentorship of the late Caine Halter. At Caine, Harry was a top producer in the commercial division until departing in 2004 to co-found Croxton Gray Commercial Properties where he served as president of the firm. In 2012, Harry went to Atlanta to work for The Shopping Center Group (TSCG), the nation’s largest privately held retail-focused brokerage, where he served as Senior Advisor in the Landlord Services Group and focused on the representation of large institutional owners, both privately and publicly held, as well as smaller, locally-owned assets.
Some of his clients have included the owner developer of Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Chelsea Market and One Times Square in NYC and Ghiradelli Square in San Francisco, Inland Atlantic (Atlanta), GEM Realty (Chicago) and SJ Collins Enterprises (Atlanta). Project experience includes anchored and non-anchored retail, mixed-use developments as well as new, ground-up developments.
In his free time, Harry enjoys travel and spending time with his family and friends. He is the proud uncle of two amazing nieces and dad to a super cool beagle. Harry is an active member of International Council Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the Alumni Board of Directors of Presbyterian College.
