Larry graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Pacific Western University and a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Greenville Technical College.
After pursuing a successful, 30-year long career in healthcare that included founding and operating Respiratory Care Services, Inc., serving as President and CEO of MedBridge Healthcare (and facilitating a merger with a $750 million public company), Larry switched gears to a career in commercial real estate.
As Principal and Broker of KDS, Larry continues to pursue his CCIM designation while he specializes in investments, development and brokerage services with an emphasis on medical offices and healthcare related properties. From site analysis and selection to commercial development and advisory services, he touches nearly every project, ensuring that clients are getting the best experience when it comes to their investment.
Larry is a proud Greenville native and is actively involved in the community, serving as Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House in Greenville and has spent the last six years on the Board of Directors of the local Meals on Wheels program. Larry also continues to serve as Director of Meals on Wheels’ cycling fundraiser event and was recognized in 2009, as Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Fundraising Professionals. In his free time, Larry enjoys cycling, running, hiking and spending time with his wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren.
