Larry A. Webb serves as a Senior Advisor with KDS Commercial Properties where he specializes in investments and development services with special emphasis on medical office and healthcare related properties. Larry’s responsibilities include site analysis & selection, commercial development, build-to-suit, and commercial real estate investment & advisory services.
Prior to establishing his real estate career, Larry spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry as a successful clinician, executive and investor. In that capacity he founded and operated several successful companies that provided clinical, diagnostic and home medical services to hospitals and communities throughout the Southeast. In 2001, Larry retired from the healthcare industry and subsequently transitioned into the commercial real estate industry. Larry has a BS in Business Administration from Pacific Western University and a degree in Respiratory Therapy from Greenville Technical College.
Larry is a native of Greenville, South Carolina where he is actively involved in his community. He served 8 years on the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of Greenville, two as Chairman of the Board. He continues to be actively involved with Meals On Wheels where he serves as the Director of the organization’s Wheels For Meals cycling fundraising event. Larry has also served 8 years on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Greenville having just recently completing a term as Chairman Of The Board. He is actively involved in numerous other charitable organizations and in 2009 was recognized as the Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year by the South Carolina Association of Fundraising Professionals. Larry currently serves as an Advisory Board member for Park National Bank in its Carolinas Region. He is married and has a daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. His personal interests in addition to his family are supporting his community, cycling, running, hiking and outdoor activities.
