About Us
Mike Kiriakides, CCIM, founded KDS Commercial Properties in 2001 out of desire to serve his clients on a more personal level.
After working for a large real estate company for many years, Mike started KDS to be a full service commercial real estate firm centered on client’s needs first and foremost. KDS operates as a “boutique” real estate firm offering full spectrum services with a personal focus, strictly adhering to the values of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and trust. Mike maintains his role as Broker-in-Change handling all the duties associated with the Brokerage division.
In 2006, Larry Webb joined Mike as a partner. Larry remains on the team as a Senior Advisor with a wealth of contacts and knowledge, specifically in the areas of healthcare and development.
In 2014, Senior Partner Mark Masaschi, CCIM, and Managing Partner Mark Ratchford, MAI, both joined the firm to assist Mike in taking the company to the level of where it is today. Together the three partners lead a dedicated team of experienced advisors providing exceptional service to our clients and our community.
