Gary Kirby represented Ridge Runner Properties, LLC, in leasing approximately 18,000 SF of industrial distribution space at Pelham Ridge in Greenville.  The tenant, Worldpac/Advanced Auto Parts will utilize the space for a parts distribution center.  With the completion of this transaction, KDS assisted the landlord in fully leasing the entire building at 15 Pelham Ridge Drive.

Gary Kirby represented Our Kids Day Care Center through a regional site search which resulted in securing a new lease of 7,125 SF at 2700 E North Street, Greenville.  This Greenville site will be Our Kids Day Care Center’s second location and will open in early 2020.

Larry Webb represents Premier Pain Solutions in purchase of Medical Office Building

Larry Webb, principal, represented Premier Pain Solutions in the purchase of a 3,705 SF, single-tenant medical office building located at 210 Overland Drive in Greenwood, SC.  As an intended part of the transaction, Larry also facilitated the assignment of the Purchase Agreement to an investor and, subsequently, structured a lease back to Premier Pain Solutions.  Larry handled the lease analysis and structured the lease agreement between both parties.

Mike Kiriakides facilitates Acquisition of 10 Toy Street in representing Volition, LLC

The Hayne School Building, built in 1919 and located in the Pettigru Historic District of Greenville, has been sold. The school was built to serve the Boyce Lawn district, one of the city’s most elite residential areas in the 1890s and was named after P.T. Hayne, former chairman of the school district’s board of trustees. The school closed in 1970.

Now, this beautiful old building, featuring wide open floor plans with massive ceiling heights, will be utilized as Class A office space by Foster Victor Wealth Advisors.
