Larry Webb represents Premier Pain Solutions in purchase of Medical Office Building

Larry Webb, principal, represented Premier Pain Solutions in the purchase of a 3,705 SF, single-tenant medical office building located at 210 Overland Drive in Greenwood, SC.  As an intended part of the transaction, Larry also facilitated the assignment of the Purchase Agreement to an investor and, subsequently, structured a lease back to Premier Pain Solutions.  Larry handled the lease analysis and structured the lease agreement between both parties.

Mike Kiriakides facilitates Acquisition of 10 Toy Street in representing Volition, LLC

Mike Kiriakides, CCIM, principal at KDS, facilitated all aspects of this acquisition including property search, negotiations, and due diligence in his representation of the new owners, Volition, LLC.

The Hayne School Building, built in 1919 and located in the Pettigru Historic District of Greenville, has been sold. The school was built to serve the Boyce Lawn district, one of the city’s most elite residential areas in the 1890s and was named after P.T. Hayne, former chairman of the school district’s board of trustees. The school closed in 1970.

Now, this beautiful old building, featuring wide open floor plans with massive ceiling heights, will be utilized as Class A office space by Foster Victor Wealth Advisors.

Gary Kirby represented St. John of the Ladder Church in Greenville in the sale of a 6,270 SF church facility situated on approximately 2 acres located at 701 Augusta Arbor Way in Piedmont near SCTAC.  New Beginnings Church purchased the facility and will continue using it for worship and church activities.

Larry Webb and Mark Ratchford, principals at KDS, represented the owners in the sale of acreage located at 312 Echols Street in Greenville, directly across from Hincapie Sportswear and behind the upcoming Starbucks location at 47 Pete Hollis Boulevard.  The property will be developed as urban townhomes.  This premiere development called “The Hub” will consist of 14 urban townhomes with sitework commencing in September 2019 and completion expected in the fall of 2020.    The Hub will be a short distance from Unity Park and walking distance from the newly announced Cook’s Station and Heritage Green Urban Arts and Cultural Center.
